Yes and no. The DNA IS initially identical in identical twins. However, sometimes people getting overly clever like to point out that DNA mutates over time in everyone and that over a period of years the DNA is no longer identical. This is true to fact, but for all intents and purposes, the DNA of identical twins is identical.

Yes, identical twins have identical DNA -- fraternal twins do not.

"A key fact you fail to mention--always the way--is what kind of twin you are. As everyone knows, there are two kinds of twin, fraternal and identical. Fraternal twins develop from two independently fertilized eggs, so their DNA is different. Identical twins are a different story. If you and your sibling are identical twins, then you two were pretty close--so close that at one point you were a single cell together, a fertilized egg known as a "zygote." Usually a zygote, with its complete set of DNA, divides into two cells, then the two cells divide into four, the four into eight, and so on until a human being is formed (OK, that was simplified, but we'll be here for a semester otherwise). The DNA in each cell is identical. "

Identical twins are created when the embry splits into two and both parts grow into individual fetuses ( babies). They have 100% identical DNA. Depending on the time of the split, they may share the amniotic sac or placenta or both ( or none).

Fraternal twins are created when two different eggs are fertilized by the two sperms at the same time. Fraternal twin, on an average share, 50% of the DNA. They also have different amniotic sacs and placentas.

convinced, same twins have the exact same DNA. They originated from a similar fertilised zygote, at the same time as it chop up into 2. hence, the DNA also divided, that signifies that each and each cellular is a precise replica. So convinced, Haegan is authentic.

Yes and no, under normal circumstances yes.
there is negligible mutation, and unless it occurs very early in development it will not be spread throughout the body.

There have been reports (see ref) of mono zygotic twins that are different genders. because they are different genders they have different XX / XY configurations.

i should say these reports are rare but should not be dismissed out of hand. scientific discovery is often based on the improbable. more information from google with 'mono zygotic twins' different genders as keywords.
