Id suggest eating healthy... meaning don't eat anything that is sold in America because that stuff is all junk even the fruits and vegetables.
In a gym you can try to do pull ups or just hang on a bar for a couple of minutes a day. Might help

Stretching and hanging will only last for a little while, if that. Short of surgery to lengthen your leg bones or foot exercises to develop your sole muscles (a little joke there), sorry there isn't much you can do about height, unless you are 13 years old. Don't worry about height. Worry about your character. That's the only real thing that makes a man a real man and worth talking to in my book.

Well im sorry to tell you this but there is no way at all of increasing your height in the gym. sorry. The only way to increase height is through very painful and lengthy surgery. They break the bones in your legs then fix them to an external cage which is lengthed every day. which you wouldnt get unless you had a growth problem.

Be glad for your good health and your body - you may not feel that you are tall enough - but you are (and I don't even know your height or age) There were a few guys that I went to school with that didn't have growth spurts until after graduation - so if you are not 20 yet - don't worry - you may very well not be done growing yet.

Nope sorry. Your height is determined by your genetics and your environment. But that only gives you a pre-programmed maximum potential that you can reach but not exceed. Eating a good and complete diet and taking regular exercises will, barring disease help insure you reach your potential. Missing out on either diet or exercise might mean you fail to reach it.

Erm..once through puberty there's really no way of getting taller. Except, and its kinda horrific, this one i saw in this magazine. They stretch there legs {painfully} each day to make them just a few inches taller.
thats the only way, i think....

Nothing can be done permanently. You are taller in the morning rather than in the evening, due to gravity on your skeletal structure. But, it's not much, and you can't change your skeleton, so how can you grow taller?

nope unless your going to an medieval gym where they might of had a streach machine, mate be proad of your height im 6 foot whatever and i actually dont like it as its a little too tall. cya mate

You can have your legs stretched by a dr. but that has to be done in the hospital. Dude, if you're short-you're short.
