The use of embryonic stem cells for research and therapy. Is it okay to create human embryos that have the potential of becoming children just to destroy them to treat cancer/Alzheimer's? How old would the embryos need to be for it to be considered flat-out wrong as opposed to just an ethical dilemma?

1) How about the issue of how long is the medical establishment going to keep on ploughing the 'germ theory' furrow before taking stock of this approach to 'modern medicine'.

2) What about the fact that in the US the pharmaceutical companies spend about about US$4billion on promoting new drugs to the public..and about US$16billion on promoting drugs to medical professionals!...And as a consequence keep on maintaining they have to charge a fortune for new drugs (in large part to pay for their marketing!)
