Were missing vital info. What is the CAR?
My brother-in-law back in his late teens/early twenties had a late 90's camero. He was paying better than 700.

I'm 19, just got my license in Houston and the average quote I've gotten is around $180, this is for a '93 Nissan altima. best thing is to be under Ur parent's policy and try to get some discounts like Ur school grades and if u attended driving school and stuff like that.
