I do not understand on this part of the movie, when Mason and Rocky were already finished with their last round of fighting, however, the ring announcer kept on saying something like: there will be a 50 out-of-a 50 chance to see who will win, and now counting 93, 92, 91, 90, and so on. Although, you can see Rocky stepping out-of-the ring. So i am confused, did Rocky win again or was it Mason?

Mason won 95-94, 94-95, 95-94 by majority. Basically, Rocky won more rounds that mason But mason had a two point round on two judge's cards and not on the other. The math works out if you remember the fight only went ten rounds and it meant nothing because you need 12 rounds for a championship fight.

Mason won as although there was a split desicion it was a 2-1 in mason's favour as for the countdown the judges need time to have there score cards checked as the boxers get like a point or a mark for every punch they land so they have to add those up and then have them checked to see who actually won, hope this helps

no it was Mason..
two of the 3 judges gave him the win.
Rocky didnt come to win, he knew he wouldnt. thats why he left. He just came to be young one last time.

rocky lost that was the point it didn't matter to him if he won. Just like in the first movie he was trying to prove him self he didn't need to win to prove it just go the distance
