My first thought: Is there any possibility that you are pregnant? Just a thought, because I had all those symptoms in very early pregnancy. Extremely tired, inability to focus, nausea, frequent urination and the sharp pain near the ovaries that you are describing. I'm not sure what the pain is caused from, but I had that during early pregnancy. I also would get that similar pain at other times, such as during ovulation or after intercourse, but very rarely and it goes away soon after. The only time I had it to any noticeable degree was when I was pregnant, before I even knew it.
I don't believe that frequent urination is a symtom of ovulation, at least I have never heard of that. And usually the fatigue is before the expected period, not during ovulation. I hope that helps a little.
I would not be alarmed at the pain, if it was a urinary infection, the pain would be in the lower abdomen, and usually hurts to urinate, not pain in one point. Also one other possibilty could be a Kidney stone that has moved down into the front. Kidney stones can have all the symptoms you listed as well. If so, rest, lots of water and some cranberry juice can help until the stone is passed. Watermelon works well also. For the immediate pain in this case, squeeze some lemon in your water, as the acid from it can help "melt" the crystals off the top of the stone and help relieve the pain.

Are extreme fatigue and frequent urination common symptoms of ovulation?

Ugh, I know how you feel! I have three kids and am fairly sure I'm preg with number 4. Yes, just incase there are jerks and nay-sayers, I am married to the father and have an education! Ok now that I have said that, lol: As far as I can remember with my past pregnancies, thoses are all symptoms and I tested and tested and tested because I KNEW something was different, they all were BFN. Go figure I felt insane! I believe I found out about 2 and 3 right before my period. The first one was the typical I was not even trying, so I wasn't sure what was going on. I'm due for my period on Jan 20th. My current symptoms are: EXHAUSTION (I just slept 12 hrs), Emotional rampage (b*tchy-crying in moments), peeing constantly, naseua (I normally drink coffee like water, and cook with aromatic veggies daily--all which turn my stomach in seconds), I'm always dizzy now, and my lower back is freaking aching! But I still have 9 day's until period is due. Isn't it weird how sometimes you're body tells you what is going on before some stick you pee on?! Baby dust to you and your hubby!

Frequent urination and extreme fatigue can also be signs of diabetes, you should go see your doctor and they can tell you what is going on. The frequent urination is something you want to make sure is not a symptom of something more serious.

Do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit; that way, you're more unlikely that to stray into the processed foods section.

Use a vegetable bean dip for instance hummus instead of ranch dressing or perhaps a fatty cream-based dip.

Decaf coffee is a good low-calorie fluid when you're having cravings (and a great source of antioxidants).
