I was on Zoloft for several years. Needless to say, it lowered my sex drive. I've been off it for several months, but still not seeing an increase in interest. I see thousands of ads for supplements that are probably scams, but is there anything that actually works. (Not something like Viagra. The problem isn't not being able to have sex, just the wanting to.) I'm a guy by the way (in case it makes a difference with the medicine).

Increase Sex DriveThe second most common sexual dysfunction in men after premature ejaculation is low libido, according to a recent issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association. And a loss of "mojo," as film character Austin Powers would put it, is also very difficult for men to discuss, despite the help available from health professionals. What defines a low libido for an individual is subjective and depends upon many variables but definitely involves a loss of sex drive. Physical and mental health are key factors, and although many men are happy exceptions to the trend, sex drive generally decreases with age.

Wellbutrin will increase your sex drive a bit. Its a mild stimulant. Also, be care not to take cold medicine like Sudafed. The pseudophedrine in it is a vasoconstritor of the blood vessels of the nose and the penis and will decrease your sex drive. I notice that when I took the blood pressure medication Altace or Atacand, it increased my sex drive. Both of these medications dilate the blood vessels a bit. Excercise always helps too.

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.
