I think that the best University depends on what you are looking for.
My vote would go to Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

Best can be in various aspects.
Social life, Activity involvement, Quality of teaching, Academia materials, Reputation, etc etc.
so anything goes.
in my opinion, NTU in Singapore. chiefly because i'm an undergrad here and i love it. that makes it best.

depends on what you want to major. for veterinary I would say Cambridge, for teaching, just about any school, for law, Harvard and the list goes on but like I said, it depends on the individual.
