Yes, it's fine. The whole area has been undergoing gentrification over the last 5-10 years and is full of young professional families. Marginal houses are getting scraped and turned into expensive duplexes. The most crime you're likely to encounter is someone tagging your garage. And soon enough the kids doing that are going to be moving out when their families' houses get sold and scraped. Violent random crime is pretty much nil.

it's a nice area , about as safe as any other Denver suburb.There are other towns much nicer and as safe,, Lakewood , Little ton. Arvada, Wheat ridge to name a few, and an easy commute to Denver. Depends on where you are going to work

Pretty much in the middle. Not as safe as an affluent suburb. Not as unsafe as a poor inner city community.

well: yes if the area is an "Gated Community " as where you'd
feel safe among those "Neighbors" because my cousin lives

I think so, I use to like to go walking around the lake for exercise alot of people do.
