I need to be a CCNA but I wonder if i can pass it without going to the lab.. I need to study it all by myself..

I am going to take your question literally as in physically going into a lab and playing with the equipment. In fact, you don't really have to do that as any training house worth its salt (Global Knowledge for example) will be able to offer remote lab access or a lab simulator. I personally prefer a remote lab on real equipment where you are given a login to a terminal session over Internet (KVM over IP) to a server that has serial console connections to the equipment. For the purpose of CCNA you need at least three pieces - a switch and two routers for your exercises.
Cisco even has free remote lab offers from different training vendors right on their CCNA Preparation page (free login required)

No... CCNA tests are troublesome regardless of in case you have studied. You extra appropriate be very very stable with Cisco kit and be attentive to a thank you to do binary anding off the best of your head in case you prefer to even attempt it.
