Huh? What's a pre-bachelors?

If you want to be a teacher, your degree program depends on your university and your grade level preference.

For example, at USC, if you want to be a secondary teacher, you'd get a Bachelors in whatever subject you wanted to teach and then a minor in Education (for your teaching credential).

Or you can choose to get a bachelors without the minor, and get your teaching credential in a Master's Program.

If you are elementary, then you take a different set of courses all together... but you can still choose to get a BA and credential or a BA and then a Masters.
