An ice cube can reduce them, freeze zits for few seconds (just temporarily, before a date, for example). Otherwise, try homemade facial mask from baking germ dissolved in lukewarm water. Apply on clean face, let it dry and wash thoroughly. Use adequate face products and have facials once in a month.

Tea tree oil helps. It sounds weird, but you can get it at a health food store and just dab it on zits.
