Its really hard to explain how guilt feels like so I'm going to uppercase that KEY WORDS that are important!
Guilt is pretty much a STRESS, FEELING, or LIE that you CANT GET OUT OF YOUR MIND because you FEEL BAD because of WHAT YOU'VE DONE OR SAID! If you feel guilty right now you should GO APOLOGIZE or ADMIT IT if you lied!

Basically, it makes you feel like you are a bad person. It's not that someone ELSE thinks you are. But you BELIEVE them to be RIGHT when THEY think so or know THEY WOULD if THEY KNEW!!! You can also do something that you know in your own conscience is wrong and then you feel guilty. Guilt makes you dislike or hate YOURSELF!!! And it is a DAMNABLE OFFENSE!!! uh, sorry.............which way out...............where was I............see ya! Sweet Dreams!! @8-)

like a sinking feeling, like an adrenaline rush mixed with paranoia. Sometimes accompanied with searing nightmares.

I don't think guilt is a useful emotion so I refuse to feel it.

Guilt is when you have done or said something wrong and you feel sorry you said it or did it.

its like a dog with their tail between their legs, they know theyve done something wrong and feel bad they did it and its sometimes embarassing, sometimes makes you aggresive.
either way its not nice.
