i dont think there is a state where that is legal to have two civil marriages at the same time. though Utah is aware that there are some men who actually have two wives...but one of the women is most likely a religious marriage while the other is a civil marriage. If a man has a wife and girlfriend living under the same roof....though, the government doesnt do anything about it...the same as the government doesnt do anything about men/women who have extramarital affairs outside of the home. peace

There are no states in the USA that allow that, not even Utah.

No -- the one place it occures illegally is the source of a bunch of homeless young men, that's how they get the extra wives -- they run off the young males. odd's are you'd be homeless in that town.
