I think all the Beatles music is good, it changed as they themselves changed, and became better as they progressed and grew in different styles

I like their early stuff. I can definitely appreciate it because I've heard the other kinds of music that was going on during that time and the Beatles were so far ahead of the game.
There had never been a song arranged like She Loves You or I Want to Hold Your Hand before the Beatles arrived. They changed the face of popular music forever.
I prefer their later material because it showcases the full development of their talent. The early material is too much influenced by the R&B and Rock&Roll of their youth. The songs got more deep and meaningful after Rubber Soul.
I think it had something to do with Bob Dylan getting them high and showing them that not all songs have to be about boy meets girl.

No way dude, their early stuff was ok, but it was boy band stuff, there's some great tunes like help, ticket to ride but they do not stand up to the likes of while my guitar gently weeps, eleanor rigby, or anything from the white album. Drugs made the Beatles great, and they were too straight in their early days. It's a cliche, but 1967 onwards (when Sgt Pepper was released) they got better and better.

Enjoy? Yes. Prefer? No.
From 'Strawberry Fields Forever' and on the Beatles displayed a wide range of song writing talent. I think the music they did prior to 'SFF' was much like practice that led up to 'Sgt. Pepper's' and on to 'Abbey Road' (Which was recorded AFTER 'Let It Be').
Some of their early songs are standards though. Such as:
'Love Me Do'
'I Want To Hold Your Hand'
'Can't Buy Me Love' (To this day, the fastest song to achieve Billboard's #1 position)
'Ticket To Ride' (Oh the drums in this song...)
'Yesterday' (the most covered/remade song in history)
'We Can Work It Out'
'In My Life' ( Mojo magazine named it the best song of all time in 2000.)

No. The early stuff was to bubble-gummy for me. The really good stuff game with the White Album and Abbey Road. Much deeper music. John Lennon and George Harrison were actually better writers than Paul McCartney, IMO.

I like all their stuff, apart from a few songs. But I DO think that the early stuff has been getting somewhat short shrift in the last few years. Songs like "I'll Get You" "From Me to You" "There's a Place" "I Call Your Name" and "This Boy" are simply magnificent - and that's not mentioning huge hits like "Please Please Me" "I Saw Her Standing There" "I Want to Hold Your Hand" and "Hard Day's Night"! Also, there are all the cover songs: "You've Really Got A Hold On Me" "Devil In Her Heart" "Anna" "Till There Was You" and "Money." So yes, the early stuff is a goldmine...

Personally, I prefer their later, drug-induced music - Lucy In The Sky, Sergeant Pepper, etc.

I prefer all Beatles Music. Early is cool, I was a kid but my favorites are Hey Jude and Long and Winding Road. I also love the music they made apart from each other and with other bands.
Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better
Hey Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better
And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah
Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better
So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah yeah
Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her under your skin
Then you'll begin to make it
Better better better better better better, oh
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
