You need to do what is best for you. Go on the interview it doesn't mean that you have to take the job. But if it will benefit you I say why not. Friends should support you no matter what. Feeling restless in any job is not a good thing I think that you need to do what is right for you no matter what that is. Good luck, any chance you could talk to your boss and let him know how you are feeling?

It sounds like you are being taken advantage of. I would go for the interview - you can then use any offer as leverage to get a raise out of the other boss, but you need to be making more than $100/week. Good luck.

It is hard to leave someplace where you've been for a while. I changed jobs about two years ago and even though I was going to into the same type of job, I was terrified.
Do what you feel is best for you. If you want to stay where you are, make a list of all the things you do and present it to your boss while asking him/her for a raise. Don't be afraid to blow your own horn, so to speak.

You have to look out for yourself. No one can live on that kind of money and you should not take friends into consideration when making a career change. At 27 you should have a full time job and some idea of where you want your career to go. Don't feel quilty, do something.

If you have a chance to better yourself, take it. Maybe you will be able to bring your friends along to the better paying job in time. Keep in contact with your friends and let your boss find some one else to do his work for nothing.

well it cetainly sounds like you are a good employee, but it also sounds like your boss takes advantage of you. That isnt enough money to save anything.IM sure your friends will understand why you have to move on.And if you really want to stay maybe you should tell your boss, why your going and see if he offers a raise.

if you need to make more money then take the new job. things are expensive these days and we all could use a little more money. don't let an oppurtunity pass you by because you are worried what others think.
