Yes, I'm asking this again, because its bothering me. A friend of mine said that there is a way to get through the filter using the command prompt, but she doesnt know how. How would I go about doing that?

Once you have launched the internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) just press ALT+F4 to bypass the firewall settings. Give it a try.

Wow I can't believe how many times I see this type of question in here. If you need help doing something that is considered illegal or against some policy figure it out yourself. Research it don't just ask for the answer. Do a yahoo/google/msn search with keywords that might help.
Man lazy people these days.
