Will the disk need to be formatted, and if so, how do I do it?

It is possible that since you reloaded Windows you may have lost a lot of the plugins used in web browsers to display websites. For example, if you were to go to a website that uses a lot of Flash and you don't have the Flash plugin you won't be able to view the website. The same goes for Java, etc. You may also have an older verison of your browser since you reloaded Windows.

Could be a number of things. Maybe the website uses Flash or Shockwave and you don't have those installed (they are both free from Adobe). Make sure you are set to accept first party cookies. Make sure you have the most recent version of Internet Explorer (if that is the browser you are using) and have all of the updates for it.

are you useing somonns inernet if so it is probably blocked

if not you probably dont haved a virous

you proubably have bad inernet conection

probably a popup blocker or somthing of that nature ... or u may need to allow cookies ...
