Yes, according to the CSI offical website. It reads: In Part-Two of this episode, a member of the CSI team is pronounced dead.

So it does say he is pronounced dead. But maybe there is a miracle. I dont know,... I dont want him to leave!!!! He's too good. Arrrrrrrr

I observed this night's episode and it appeared like he might desire to be lifeless, however the previews for next week form of hinted perchance no longer... i'm undecided, yet i wish no longer. he's the only CSI they have had on the teach who can technique an underwater crime scene. in the event that they did kill him off i've got faith it relatively is simply by fact he's able to leave the teach for some larger risk as an actor. Be watching for him to famous man or woman in yet another teach or maybe a movie.

I hope not...he's the best looking one on there! I know from the preview for next week that they show him in a hospital bed maybe. I thought he was dead as soon as they showed him laying on the ground...but maybe there's a possibility he'll make it. Who knows...it's all up to the writers.
