Am I in really bad health? I am recovering from bulimia and can't mentally make myself eat any of that! I feel like shi* but I have such disordered thinking that keeps me not eating right. How do you get over this? I don't binge/purge anymore so that's great for me but I for sure won't live to long eating like this! Help! I wish I could get a new brain.

You should see a therapist who can help you overcome those thoughts. If you're a student, try talking to your guidance counselor and asking him/her to give you some resources.

As for eating - start out slow. A little at a time, and then work your way up to eating a full meal.
