what is a good soap opera to get into once passions ends i love the show and if it dosent get picked up else where then i want something else that i canget into . any sugestions i love the romace and passion in passions so is there another soap out there like it ?

Days of Our Lives is the most similar to Passions. Both shows have been known for having some far-fetched storylines, but Days has been able to pull it off a little better after 41 years of practice. If you want to get into a new soap, try reading some of the re-caps on nbc.com (for Days, or whatever network for whatever show you want) first. It might help you get a little up-to-date. Shouldn't be too hard to get hooked on a new one. I'm bummed about Passions, too (but a little relieved at the same time -- I'm hooked yet just don't have the time to watch it).

I thought Passions was moving to another channel.
But if you like Passions, you might like Days of Our Lives.

Can't go wrong with Y & R or AMC or GH.
Watch the daytime emmys and see who wins best writing and best soap. If you go to an ABC soap (AMC, OLTL, GH) you can join Message Boards on ABC.com. They're about as addictive as Yahoo Answers. lol THey're really fun.

Days of our lives since the new writer has taken over the show is 100% better.

Soaps are a fantasy world--Find a real life passion, wether it be a person or an activity or career--you will be much more satisfied in the long run.

Days of our Lives is good again since they booted the previous writer who was hooked on flashbacks. Much better show now.
