why do they let you continue to answer it? Why not tell you before you answer it?

Yes, that's really frustrating, especially when you put a lot of effort and/or research into the response. Honestly, I don't think questions should be *able* to be removed once posted, unless they violate Yahoo's terms or something.

yes it does aggravate me alot just like the questions i asked when i chose a best answer they wouldn't remove the question and post it as resolved

What aggravates me is people like you using such poor grammar! It's embarrassing for other countries to see how stupid Americans are with their own language! Why not use proper grammar in the first place?

b/c some people have it removed after getting some answers. and yes it freakin ticks me off. take all that time answering it for it to be deleted. grrr
