I'm gonna second the Bengals. All people (and less informed people at that) want to talk about is the arrests but what really held Bengals back this last year was injuries. Injuries on the O line being the biggest killer, They also lost their 3rd down back. David Pollock broke his neck so thats 3/4 of their last 1rst round picks having devistating injuries that affected the team performance this season. Sam Adams injured himself in the pre-seaon and hadn't gotten the chance to heal it. Dexter Jackson made a difference when healthy. Those are their two free agents last year who will have a greater impact this year. It was the sum of injuries, arrest, and the second hardest schedule that made them miss the playoffs by a game and at that we could say by a botched snap a missed field goal or one of the worse calls in the history of sports in the Bucs game. The defense is one playmaker away, and he might already be on the team, then theres free agency and the draft. The Bengals are going to be in good shape.

As a long-time Cowboys fan from the Staubach/Landry days, I was really positive for next season, looking at the talent the Cowboys have. However, with Parcells leaving and a potential new head coach in Jerry Jones' pocket, I am starting to wane on my hopefulness.
If Grossman can mature, the Bears have a great shot at a repeat for representing the NFC.

Bengals don't quite have the defense yet. Once they go against someone who can keep pace with their scoring ability they will lose. The Bears can't score enough points to let their defense win the big one. I think the Steelers will have a big year in 08 and the Saints will learn from last year. Super Bowl XLII- Steelers 24, Saints 17

I suspect San Diego will be in the Superbowl this time. If Rex improves, and Tank Johnson stays out of legal trouble, the Bears have a good shot.

Steelers beating the saints 34 to 24 The steelers are gonna be a team with something to prove next year. With a new head coach and a very talented team they are going to be hard to stop. Alot of the problems this year were turnovers. Ben is going to train hard in the offseason and not ride his motorcycle and they are gonna look like the team they did the previous 2 years. And the saints have so much talent on offense.

I am not sure but who do you have in as the halftime show. Who picks these people. Prince hasn't been good for 20 years and when he was good he wasn't very good. Whatever happened to a good old fashioned marching band. I'd be ticked if I paid $5000 for a ticket to the super bowl and had to listen to a guy wearing high heels.
