Which Borough has the worst shopping facilities in Greater London?

I've visited most and I'd have to say that Sutton town centre is complete pants. Plus there is no where else in the Borough worth bothering with. Any other suggestions?

Hmm, Croydon has GREAT shopping. Probably Waltham Forest.

Southwark and Lambeth are pretty rubbish. In Southwark, Borough High Street has nothing to speak of although Borough market is excellent.
