Does FedEx know it is a computer, how do they know to be careful with certain items in shipping.

theyre pretty good .... if it looks like it was dragged down the street and run over and is half hanging out of the package though dont accept it lol ...

I hate fedex. Just hope that the macbook was wrapped up good and that whomever is handling your package at fedex is careful. If the laptop does come in damaged then you can call fedex and the company you bought it from. However, the CSR at fedex aren't great...

we sell special laptop boxes which have a lot of cushioning
and padding included
I have seen one inside looks pretty cosy (if was a laptop computer
I would be pretty happy!

oh yea they'll know it's a computer. it has apple all over the box. ur in good hands.
