Family friendly employee? I don't know what culture you are, or why you have these rules. I live in the US, and here it is rude NOT to look someone in the eye while talking to them. I do it all the time. To speak to someone while looking away is considered rude here. Maybe the help was doing what comes natural. If you have issues with someone looking into your wife's eyes while speaking to her, you seem to have some jealousy issues. There is nothing wrong with the younger staffer making eye contact while having a conversation. It does not mean they're disrespectful. Some things come naturally. It's going to be hard to get this point across as some actions are just normal and looking someone in the eye is one of those automatic actions for most people. When you talk to someone...where do you look?

So... It depends on if the zombified body has lasic surgery in the pre-zombie animation life... Only those can see anything real good.
If however you are close enough to see in their eyes and actually make eye contact, you are also close enough to swing that cricket bat 106 MPH and bash in their poor zombified noggin'.
Zombies seem to be drawn to movement and scent like a T-Rex or Tina... Napoleon Dynamite's Lamma...
So as long as your drastic movements are directed right toward them in a fast run (is confuses them) ending with a noggin of brains and scalp bashed in... You will be okay.
Remember... Blades and bast don't need reloading...

This is ridiculous. However if zombies do exist, than
kill them with a shotgun or a rocket launcher, like in
Resident Evil. And I don't think eye contact matters much
with zombies.

That's correct. The eyes are the window to the soul. You could fall in love. And the government recommends all zombie babies be aborted. Sad but true.

I think it is impossible to give them eye contact, at least both eyes... from my experience.
