you can wrap them in heat tape, and always run the tap a bit through out the night into a bucket . DO NOT let the water run into the drain or it will freeze if its cold enough and block the drain pipe. leave cabinet doors where drains and pipes run and maybe leave a light bulb on inside. if there is snow outside we pack the snow around the outside of the house so the cold wind wont blow under the house and freeze exposed pipe under the floor. we live in the adirondacks NY, it gets -30 degrees.

use a blow drier, or put a small space heater in the basement near your frozen pipes. Next time leave them dripping over night when its super cold.

open your cupboard if its in kitchen or bathroom
place a small space heater on low in the room
(NOT DIRECTLY IN FRONT)
Your objective is to slowly thaw them out without making them burst
SLOWLY thaw

heat them Slowly with a hair dryer or try heat type.
