You won't inevitably get lung cancer, but you are certainly increasing your risk of lung cancer and other smoking-related diseases. Cigars aren't that different from cigarettes.

Obviously, yes. It IS tabacco. A way to kick the habbit is niccotene gum or you can "chew" on the end of a cigar without smoking it.

While you don't inhale (theoretically) when smoking cigars, the carcinogens are still in your mouth, so you're still swallowing them. You're leaving yourself open for oral and throat cancers just to name a couple of possible problems.

tobacco use of any kind is harmful, whether it be cigars, cigarettes, chew tobacco or what have you.
