ummm just change your ringer settings - it - should be in your menu somewhere! But like the other guy it helps if you give out the kind of phone your using!
***or you could go online and look for the manual for your particular phone!

For mine, I hold down the # key for a couple of seconds or more, and it reactivates the ringer.

if nokia press the off button slightly and a list will come and press what you want to choose.
