some people are nervous and they feel the only way to get what they have to say out of their mouth is to laugh nervously. others are just commical people adn they have funny thoughts circulating in their minds as the words are spewing through their lips. i have yet to meet some one who chuckles with every sentence they say but hey good for them don't rain on their parade.

maybe they are nervous talking so it could be a nervous laugh. or they could just be a in a good mood so laugh for no reason. a lot of ppl do weird things like my teacher says "mmmk" after every sentence, guess people do what they do and can't really change it! If you are brave you could say something like "whats funny" haha I know people that do that and the person gets so embarrassed

I believe some do it because they are shy or embarressed or just plain lying when talking Ask them to not laugh when talking to for it does not please you.If they still do the same the chance that person has no respect for you and do not believe a word he or she says

Well some people may get really nervous when they are talking so they are kind of giddy and laugh when they are talking. So try making her feel more comfortable when she is talking.
