Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and stealing. I went to a program that helped me with drugs, alcohol, and stealing. It took me over a year and I still have cravings. Soon after I met my husband, I stopped smoking cigarettes because we came to an agreement. I still have cravings with that too. But I've been sober from drugs and alcohol for 3 years in May.

had a serious addiction to Coke (the soda) used to get headaches if i went too long without one...it got to be a 6-10 can a day habit. Took me 2 weeks of really nasty headaches and fatigue to get rid of the addiction...once i did...lost 20lbs in 2 or 3 months...yeah for me! Now i stick to diet once in a while and one cup of coffee in the morning...moderation is the key.

I was addicted to actually bad for health but tasty food like sweets, chocolates, chips etc, but I decided that I wanted to leave it so I started my routine from day one and till date I am feeding on just cooked and not fried veggies and fruits. whenever I feel hungry I eat fruits, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber etc. but it does not feel my stomuch so I keep on consuming lots of water say 2 glasses per one hour. between two "MEALS" I keep a distance of say 4 and a half hours strictly, no change in this routine. if once I have decided to have my afternoon meal at say 2pm (daily) then strictly 2pm, no 1 minute less no 1 minute more, even if I am feeling terribly hungry. but now I am so used to it that I don't feel hunger for some 5 to 6 hours. strictly no fast food, butter, even my most favorite food items because they were all fat containing. And finally a sufficient excercising which I suppose is not a part of your question. believe me I am getting results, but only a little weakness some times.

I'm addicted to sex. I haven't gotten rid of my addiction yet. I do see a girl once a month or so who does her best to cure me of it.

Was a smoker. Quit on the 1st of January. It doesn't bother me anymore. I don't see myself picking up the habit again. I've saved way too much money in just January that I can't justify spending anymore on slow suicide.
