There are plenty of eyeliners out there, you just have to find the right one. First off, since you want it for the bottom of your eye you need to get a water proof pencil, avon, maybeline, cover girl, etc. sells these. You can go to walmart or target or something. Its just that when you put it on, make sure that the tip is fine, but not fine enough to were you'll poke your eye out and be careful when you line. Depending on the color you may have to go over the line more that once. Just try a few and you'll find what you like. Hope this helps!!

do not cover your finished waterline with eyeliner. that is going to seem way too "goth-ish" then. somewhat, make your eyeliner thick on the outdoors, and then make it thiner, on the very tip of your waterline interior the middle, and really positioned any on the interior your eye. this can make you appear like you're wearing eyeliner, yet mutually isn't too a lot. also, you may want to attempt putting gel liner with a broom or a skinny liquid liner properly less than your waterline. you'll in common words pick an noticeably skinny, really skinny truly line. Oh, and do not positioned on mascara on your bottom lashes. do not gorget to apply brown eyeliner! (:

I use a pencil eyeliner every morning, not necessarily from AVON since there are many many good ones out there.
The pencil is easier to control than liquid and you can make it as thick or thin as you want to. You can find them everywhere...and they don't smudge if you pat on a little face powder. (I take the puff and just dab it, without adding extra powder. It doesn't change the color at all.)

You don't want to use a liquid eyeliner on the bottom part of the eye. It will smear and you will look...really,really gothic. You want to take a dark brown eye liner pencil [I suggest AVON] and put it right under the bottom eyelashes. Then you take a smudger brush [also from AVON] and smudge it. Then, you take a black mascara and put it both on the top and bottom. Good Luck. :]

I use MAC eyeshadow, and I dab an eyeliner brush into some water, then the shadow and I line the bottom of my eye. I used a cotton swab and wipe any excess, and walah! a perfect black line. Good luck!

You're in luck, it is again the fashion to wear that look. Eyeliner liquid can be found at most Drug and Dept. Stores and you will have quite a selection to pick from. Revlon, Almay, Macs, and many others.
