I would sooner place needles through my spine and eat rotting pig fetuses than vote for Hillary. ANYONE but Hillary. I AM a staunch republican, but so far out of Hillary, Obama, McCain or Guliani, i think Guliani is the best candidate. Hillary is too liberal, Obama is not qualified (not enough years in politics- he's only been in the Senate for 2 years for chrissakes) and McCain is a good candidate, but he is too liberal of a republican for my tastes. I dont mind a good moderate candidate, but McCain is liberal on the wrong things, in my opinion.

If Rudy actually gets the republican nod I think he has a good shot. The problem will be him winning the primary. What is this 65% number and what source are you getting that from? No poll I have seen has him at that number against any of the major candidates

Rudy will win...No question about that!

This is One Democrat that will help put him in the White House.

If Hillary is chosen to be the Democratic Candidate, the White House will stay Republican!

I can't stand Hillary!

Rudy? 65% over all candidates? Wrong. He is 65% over republican candidates.
Rudy has too much bad luggage that will kill him in the long run. He is pro-gay marriage, pro-abortion, pro-gun control, pro-federal funding for stem cell research. Do you really think your hardcore republicans will elect him when they find out he is against every issue they have been preaching for over the past 8 years?

I'm not sure what poll you are looking at, but I don't see any with Rudy leading Hillary. Both the most recent Newsweek and ABC polls put Hilary ahead.

Rudy would be the best Democrat/Liberal president we have had since Bill Clinton. Anyone who thinks he is a true republican with true conservative values havent read anything about his standing on all the major issues.

Rudy Giuliani has no experience that qualifies him to be President of the United States. Being mayor of New York City and leading the clean-up following 9/11 doesn't qualify him to run this country. It's a pipe dream.

Plus, Republicans hate liberals, and Giuliani is VERY liberal.

I'm not sure about Rudy but he's WAY better than the left-wing Hillary. She will say ANYTHING to get elected. I think he's more electable.

He's pro-choice but is not in favor of late term abortion - sounds good to me.

I cannot stomach the idea of Hillary as the President. She is not a uniter like Rudy G. I'm not sure I even would suuport him though.

Rudy did the following:

Married his cousin.
Marched in a gay pride parade.
Supported Gun control.
Supported a woman's right to choose.

Not exactly going to win him any support from the Conservative base.
