You can't get married without your parents' signed approval, no matter how old your bf is. If they won't give their approval, then you'll have to wait until you're 18. Same goes for moving out.

As far as food pantry, I'm not sure, but I know you can apply for WIC (Women and Infant Care) no matter how old you are.

Good luck!

Hi, no your parents are still legally responsible for you. You can only if they allow you to do so. Yes, sign up for food pantry and for W.I.C most helpful with formula(very very expensive) cereals, juices up until they are 5 yrs... I never qualified but I know I spent like 40-50 per week on formula alone. Alot of locations also take in donated children's items/clothing..like the one in Quincy, MA... Hope you go on birth control afterwards, very hard raising a child...

You should stay home and get support from your parents. ADOPTION! BTW, if your boyfriend is 18 there is something called STATUTORY RAPE! That's sex with a minor. He's jail bait!

You are not ready to be a mother! If you are indicating your ages in 3/4 years that is rationalizing how "old" you are to make you sound older. Geeze! You are just a kid.

In the future, no sex until you are READY to be a mother. The MA taxpayer shouldn't have to pay for taking care of your baby and the fact that you did something you shouldn't have done (sex outside of marriage).

the only way to move out legally (that is, without being considered a runaway) you need to go through the court system and get an emancipation from your parents... That costs a bit of money, especially since you have to hire a lawyer. Your only other option is to wait until you are 18.

Usually you have to have your parents sign for you to get married before the age of 18. That is what I had to do. I don't know about the rest. Call your local government agencies and ask.

you can only get married to him if you
1 get emmancipated
2 have concent from your parents
3 wait until your 18

look up healthy families online. I know for a fact that they are in MA because i live in MA and are a part of healthy families they will do a lot for you. They will get you on WIC and help with tons more stuff. if you want you can email me and i can tell you all about it.

********and to everyone whos saying that her man can get arrested for rape your wrong. 16 is the age of concent in MA so they can LEGALLY be together and LEGALLY have sex with each other.

You have already messd up your life and the worst is yet to come. Get an education and a job. We taxpayers should not have to support you or your child.

No, you can't marry him if you are under age without parental consent. But I'm sure that if you think that is what is best, that you could convince your parents to give consent.

You are underage, pregnant and want to marry a legal adult and get free food? You do realize that he can be arrested for statuatory rape right?
