I was able to run XP Home off of a 500mhz Celeron, but it was extremely slow.
So to answer your question, yes you can install XP on that processor, but it will be extremely slow.

o my god. what are you doing a 662mh cpu lol are you in a cave. you need windows 3.1 you get that to work at all. get a new pc there only $400 to build it w\out OS. w\ a 2ghz or 2000mhz cpu o and 64bit and a hyperthread. lol xp on a 662mhz cpu is like waiting for a turtle to go from 1 side of the earth and back if you could get to install. here i'll sell you a 1.6ghz PC with xp for like $200 no monitor. e-mail me.

I wouldn't think any of them besides tablet would be able to do that. Even if you could run Home or Pro off 662mhz, you wouldn't want to...
