Naruto-Gaara because he is such an interesting character an exceptional ninja and is such a misunderstood person
Dragonball Z- Don't really watch it but I'd have to say the green dragon guy because green is my fav color(lame I know but u asked!)
Inuyasha-Sesshomaru because he is a much better fighter than Inuyasha and such a sweetie when it comes to Rin
Ranma 1/2-idk never read or seen it
Fruits Basket-same as above
Yu-Gi Oh- I assume you are talking about the first series not GX so I would say Seto Kaiba because he is a great duelist and an interesting personality

To start, I like Yu-Gi-Oh simply because it's entertaining and mindless fun. I also like Ghost in the Shell, both the movies and the series because they are very well thought out and the animation is done very well. The series has been good from the beginning and continues to get better.
I'm also a big fan of "D" from Vampire Hunter D because he's a flawed hero who is always trying to find the balance between his human and Vampire sides.
Another one of my favorite characters is Dunan Newt from "Appleseed". She's a survivor and just simply knows how to kick a$$.

Naruto-- i love Neji, Shikamaru and Temari. Neji, because hes gorgeous, a prodigy, gorgeous, determined, oh and did i say GORGEOUS? heehee. Shikamaru- because hes so laid-back and HES SECRETLY A GENIOUS! how cool is that? Temari- because shes the most helpful girl in the series, shes pretty, and smart :]
Dragon Ball-- KRILLIN! hes so fly. and hes so short and funny.
Inyuasha--sorry, i don't really watch it.
Ranma 1/2--i dont watch it either...
