every month i had 2 targets one was 16 appointments seen and the other was 18 if i had 16 seen i got £50 per appointment above 16 and an extra £125 if i hit 18 appointments seen...
am i entitled to any bonus eventhough i left the company ??
i gave the required notification before leaving..

Depends if the Bonus is defined as part of your normal salary in your Contract of Employment.

Since it seems you work essentially on Commission, I would say, yes your should be paid for hitting you targets during the final month.
