Well lets see...Im guessing you mean the IIT from Chicago. There are 2 institutes I know of with those initials.

1) Illinois Institute of Technology, a university in Chicago
2) Indian Institutes of Technology, premier technology institutes in India located at Kharagpur, Mumbai, Chennai, New Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati and Roorkee

The only reason I even ask is because I know quite a few Indian people go on here and ask questions. If you're talking about the 1 in Chicago, I can help. This was found on their web page. I would suggest reading through it to find out what is required (I would, but I do not know what career you want to go into).

"Whatever you are interested in, if there's technology involved, IIT probably has a program for you. Our students study a wide variety of fields - from engineering to architecture, computer science to communications - and focus on the intersection many of these fields have in the real world.

Sound like something you'd like to be a part of? IIT is looking for students of high academic caliber with strong community ties and a hard work ethic. We require all students to apply using either our online or paper applications, but greatly prefer online submissions. In the application, we evaluate not only your academic standing, but also your extracurricular, social, and community-based activities and leadership, as well as where you want to be in your career - whether that's a specific answer or not.

Students engaged in a college preparatory or general education curriculum generally make good candidates for IIT. Specifically, we require the following high school courses be completed:

4 years of English
4 years of Mathematics, including Pre-Calculus
3 years of Science, including 2 years of labs
2 years of Social Sciences
Computer, technology, and other courses recommended, but not required
Students can receive credit for Advanced Placement exams as well as other college credit evaluation exams and community or 4-year college courses taken during high school. Please contact us for more information about specific requirements.

Deadlines

Students interested in our world-renowned architecture program must apply by one of two priority deadlines. This year, those deadlines are:

November 15, 2006
January 15, 2007
Overall, we recommend that all students submit their applications as soon as possible. Our application page lists other deadlines for special scholarship and other programs."

The application page and more info can be found here: http://admission.iit.edu/apply.php .

I hope this helps! Please vote for the best answer!
