Some of it dribbles out, is whatever amount left inside enough to get pregnant?
And also, if the legs are raised up after intercourse, for how long should the woman stay in that position to be sure enough sperm has travelled up into her vagina sucessfully? 20 mins, half hour??

No! Thats a myth. With the millions of sperm that is let out...you can get up right after sex and it will still get in there so dont worry. The sperm knows where it going so you dont have to lie on your back for any amount of time either. If it makes you feel better you can do it but it doenst change anything. The sperm is going to get to where it supposed to go reagardless and those things swim so fast that by the time you get up...its already there. also...the leakage that you have is not sperm. When a man cums, only a percentage of it is sperm and anything that leaks out is just the excessive stuff.

No one single sperm can get you pregnant, what comes out of you is a good thing because it's the bad sperm and even laying down with your legs in the air wont help it does not make a difference...try laying their for about 20-30 mintues befor getting up so the sperm had enough time to swim up, you could also try placing a pillow under your hips to elevate your cervix so it makes it easier for the sperm to swim through and don't try so hard it seems to do the job if your just patient and have fun.

Semen is going to leak out no matter what. There's a ton of sperm in the semen for this very reason. Some of it gets into the fertile mucus and goes for the gold. Only the strong will survive. Having your legs up is not necessary, though some people think it doesn't hurt.

It only takes one tiny sperm to get you pregnant. So if it doesn't all stay in, it's normal! And honestly, I've never heard of keeping your legs raised up...I don't believe that makes a difference. Trust me, you'll get pregnant if you stop trying so hard...that's the way it always seems to happen.

No but it is recommended to wait a few minute before getting up. It takes about 5 minutes for sperm to reach the cervix. But it really only takes one sperm to do the job.

even if you put your legs up in the air when you stand some of the stuff is still going to fall put i was on the website were they talked bout this and there is still some left inside you for you to get pg. start drinking some kind of herbal tea ( they say raspberry tea) is good for this it works like the ovulex pills and i think u sit your legs up for 30mins. ( or try to have sex when u can lay down for awhile after you are finish.( i hear that drinking cough syrup and hour before sex is good to
