i am 15 and have become increasingly interested in the the use of magic, i am a person of strong will, and would really like to find out how to meet a wizard or a witch or if there are any websites out there or books

Many groups, and open rituals will be closed to you untill you are 18, unless you are accompanied by a parent. There are teen groups out there, you can find them here http://www.witchvox.com/xvn.html
you can find many witches on www.witches.meetup.com or your local yahoo groups. Check the new age book section of your local bookstore, or seek out local occult suppliers. Some good books to start with are

I'm a practicing Wiccan (and have been for the past 20+ years). I would strongly recommend the following books to you - they are basically "beginner 101" type books.
Wicca/Witchcraft For Dummies (this can be found and purchased in Borders Bookstores).
To Ride A Silver Broomstick - By Silver Ravenwolf (which also can be found and purchased at Borders Bookstores).
When looking for these books in the bookstore, please go to the New Age section.

Do a lot of reading, you can find a lot of info on the web about it. Go to a search engine like Google and just type "Wicca" it is Anglo-Saxton for "Witch"
