Nothing. If you added a solute, that would lower the freezing point. If you stir vigorously enough, the shear energy might add enough heat to delay the freezing, but the freezing point would be the same.

All liquids freeze at lower temperatures if they are in motion.

Take a river for example, the fastest flowing parts are always the last to freeze.
