Most fast food places have added salads and other healthier choices to their menus so you don't have to eat something fried. Arby's has a nice fresh sandwich menu and there are other sandwich places like Subway. You can also stop at a supermarket that has a salad bar or get something in their produce aisle that will tide you over until you got home (fruit or something). You could also call a local restaurant and order something you like for take out. Hope that helps.

If you are going for HEALTH- Any fruit that isn't too messy, or a quick turkey sandwich on wheat bread
Subway is considered fast food-just healthy (in some ways). Because any sandwich resturaunt gives you the option to choose what you want on your sub, so....all in all, you could leave subway with a Cheesesteak sub with mayo and oil and bacon.....and still be eating horribly.
Granola bars....
Cheese cubes....
Beef Stick....
Any typical snack at a conveinence store

I buy those roasted chickens at the grocery store and I also keep garden greens in the refrigerator , so I make a salad (very quick) and then slice some chicken and add to the salad, add a few pieces of apple, berries and walnuts, add dressing and voila you have a great dinner.(be sure to buy the salad in a bag that has the kind of greens that have pieces of broccoli and peas etc along with the salad. quick and easy and very filling.

Subway is good and almost all drive through places have really good salads with low fat/calorie options. You juet need the will power to avoid the bad stuff. Otherwise, a lot grocery stores ahve salad bars and small dinner items that are healthy and already made for you.

Subway ofcourse - fast and fresh LOL. But I prefer Schlotsky's or Quiznos if you're going to grab a sub. Better quality meat and bread in my opinion. You could also opt to go with something like a grilled chicken whopper at burger king. they aren't terribly fattening and they are quite tasty in a rush.
