Drunk In Public
Disorderly Conduct
and Possession of a big bag of stupidity

are all things they will put on your rap sheet.

Now my guess is...you might be thinking you could start a buisness where the theme is get loaded and Fake Waste your friends..not too bad really and appealing to most texas teens and probably a few Not so Teens...

It would have to be indoors where you have a license to serve alchohol OR a BYOB permit... but the booze is where you could make some real money.....

Secondly you want to check and be certain there isn't a law on the books that states no one carrying a firearm may be under the influence.

So far i think the two are exclusive but usually found within the same detainee. The place to check that (and i think thats what you were asking already) would be Library. Look for Texas Laws, Look for Liquor beer and wine laws. Dont find it there, look for Guns, Paintball guns and so on. Ask the librarian to help you but probably don't mention the Exact phrasing of the question...

I dont think ther is a specific law that states you cannot be intoxicated and play paintball. However, it also depends on the feild your playing. If they have rules stating you cannot be intoxicated then thats different. Ask Feild operators on their policies. If you play in the woods or backyard then i think theres problems with that. It varies from state to state and sometimes county laws as to the use of paintball markers. Also the laws of being intoxicated in public. Just a rule of thumb is to have at least one person that isnt intoxicated so that if anything was to happen, someone can think and react with on a responsible level.

Well in reality they can ticket you for anything they can make stick in court. Technically if you are drinking and could cause harm to someone else because of your state you can be arrested. They would most likely call it disorderly conduct.

In the criminal law of the United States, disorderly conduct is a name given to an offense that usually covers acts that generally disturb the public peace, and are not otherwise punished under other statutes. Disorderly conduct is typically classified as a misdemeanor.

Playing paintball through a business running a field or course probably has a restriction/regulation about it, but I can feel confident in guessing that no state has a "PUI" law.

However, you want to look out for drunk and disorderly charges, vandalism, and civil cases due to injurying another person and you being negligent.

It depends largely on the operator and their rules. as far as the law goes it also depends on Federal, State, provincial, municipal or local county laws. Check with your local politician.
