in strength, then the rancor. but if you are just talking the power of the force, then Anakin was the strongest, not as Vader, but as himself. Obi-Wan said so in Episode 1 when they tested him for metichlorians. Anakin had a higher count than even Yoda, which are the creatures that give the power to use the force.

Mace and this is why. Obi defeated Anikin,Yoda said that Obi couldnt defeat the Emperor,Yoda couldnt defeat the Emperor,and Mace would have if it had not been for Anikin.

Yoda, he was the most powerful Jedi and true he lost to Palpatine in episode 3 but he was 900 years old at that point! just consider what he would have been like in his prime!
