if you are indeed getting a tatoo..... I'd suggest talking to artists at shops ; your gonna pay to get drilled on anyway & the extra cost for original work (in my experience) has been an excellent value.

are you talking about paying for the image of an angel holding a baby? I have done images for tatoos for twenty years, i usually just create the image that needs to be done.

google agel holding baby under images lol. any tattoo artist can make a tattoo from a painting, if they cant find a better artist
