give each team a clue where to find the first hidden one
hide clues arround the wood - each one has a clue to where to find the next one -prize for the team to finish first

pair up people and blindfold one person - the 'sighted' person has to direct the blindfold one
set up a rope 'trail' arround the wood - no dangerous bits but maybe through some wate and over some fallen trees and blindfold all but one person and see if everyone can get round the course - they depend on each other and it is FREE!

Paintball would be a good, inexpensive thing to do. Most places include your equipment rental in the price. If you have the ability to do something overnight, camping, canoeing or whitewater rafting would be good.

Make a porno. You could then sell it, thus increasing the budget for next year.
