As hard as it was, I finally let go of my ex. She's moved on with someone else. Problem is, she knows EXACTLY how much I care and love her and even though she's told me before that we're done completely, it's become so routine to where she comes back later with, "I miss you, love you, etc"...this time she told me she's trying to have a more faithful relationship with her new gf. So she told me we can be strictly friends or nothing. I told her nothing cuz I knew how I felt and a friendship wouldn't work. But yesterday, like a dummy, I text her asking her for forgiveness and taking up her offer on a friendship. She was hesitant, but then agreed. We don't really talk, and even though I had that hope of us gettin' back together, I'm tired. I'm strong enough to walk away, but not as strong when my phone rings and it's her. I haven't called her at all, and I won't...but my ques is, do ex's usually come back after awhile??? Why DO THEY come back??? Games? boredom with their recent love?

I broke up with my ex about 8 months ago, i am still single, i know he never really has gotten over me and it bothered me that he still came around after we were done but he still does. So the other night he came over and i was laying down and he went to say goodnight he hugged me and idk what came over me i passionately hugged him back too. I guess he felt it and he leaned closer and kiss me. In the heat of the moment i did the same back and this went on for the rest of the night. The next morning i didnt feel the same warmth i felt when he had initially hugged me the night before and i was just reminded of why we broke up and again i was just disgusted with him. Point is if your going to let her play games with u then as long as she knows that she can she will. Put ur foot down and dont let them play with ur heart.

It seems she is making sure you stay on hold for her
Girl you have to decide to move on, change your # if you have to or ask her to let you go or just not answer
either way this is what Xs do
my X husband used to call my house every 9pm
I told himif you are calling for the children they are a sleep if it for me I don't live here no more and hang up
so when she call say you move out eventhough you the one answer the phone maybe she will get the picture
Someday you will find someone one, that deserve & love you just the way you need to be
Good luck

I would say that when they get bored with the other person, or mad at them, then that is why they miss you and love you so much.I know from experience!! I would say to cut all ties to her, some people are just not meant to be together, and it seems to me that she wants you there as back up!! Leave her *** alone, and move on and find someone that feels the same way you do.

You never know why other people do what they do. Your question should be: Why do I tolerate it? STOP contacting her, STOP texting her, STOP listening to her bullcrap. STOP being friends with her. STOP answering your phone. Walk away and get a life.
