im am 14 years old im on my mums account i need some help on what console to get either wii or ps3 i dont know what has better games
wii has mario and zelda and ps3 has asassins creed but i dont really know what has better deals and why is ps3 so much more money then the wii i really need to know whats best what one should i go for

Well it all depends on the type of game play you want. Wii is more family orientated while PS3 is geared more towards adult games. Price is another main issue. The PS3 also has a Blue Ray player.( A more advanced DVD) Wii has the motion sensitive controller which I think is a good idea for getting kids to be active while playing. Really comparing Wii vs PS3 is comparing apples to oranges. The real match up is PS3 vs Xbox 360. As of yet 360 seems to be winning. If you wait a few months the price will go down and maybe one will be more appealing to you. Personally I would go with PS3, but that is just me.

Please get a Wii. You will never regret it. My family got one on launch day, and it's amazing. It's a people magnet, it seems like the entire neighborhood comes over every day to check it out. All of my friends want to come and play Wii Sports all the time. I have heard bad things about the PS3...well not that it's bad. I've just heard that it has lots of glitches and they are much much more expensive. For Wii games, I recommend:
Red Steel
Elebits
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Rayman: Raving Rabbids
Warioware: Smooth Moves
and the Wii comes with a copy of Wii Sports!

the PS3 is alot better but the wii has more games so if possible get the wii now and the PS3 later when it has better games to choose

wii hands down. ps3 has had 7 recalls. they didn't have enough time between the idea and the marketing. nintendo on the other hand has been working on this for years. and they have no recalls. and nintendo always had the most stable systems. for cheaper. my mom has a wii and i love it, i am getting my own when i get taxes back.

i think the wii is better. what i think sony did was took too much time to work on the system that they forgot about the games and one smart guy said what games are you making and then they said oh my god we forgot the games and then they had a confrence meeting ans just thought about other games and tried to make them in there version.
