confrontation if you care about the person and your relationship. but if it's someone youre not real fond of, and don't have to deal with all too often, then i can be pretty passive and keep things to myself.
in otherwords, if i care about you and have an issue with you...WATCH OUT! cause i can't hold those feelings in for ****!

Ive done both, but i think confrontation is the better route.
If you take a passive approach, i think you keep things bottled up, and inside. That'll bother you.
If you confront it with the person, it clears the air, and your own conscience.
But i'll only be confrontational when i KNOW im right, otherwise, you look like a fool.
