i need a good lawyer because some one is taking me to court and trying to sue me

Most lawyers will accept cash these days. Payment with body parts is frowned upon by the ABA.

Seriously though, you can negotiate a flat fee with most lawyers. At the very least you can negotiate fees based on milestones rather than hourly rates.

Lawyers have a duty to provide a certain amount of services per year pro bono, Meaning at no fee, get on the phone and start calling...see if you can work it out, also sometimes a law school will have some last year students available at no charge...

jsut be sure yo really need a lawyer, if you have to pay, they will suck you dry...good luck...

not a fan of lawyers.

There are some legal services who can help, but keep in mind that depending on why and for what your being sued for can be beneficial to hire an attorney or not. But consult with one anyway, and check out your options. Good Luck,,,

Unfortunately, in this country, you get what you pay for in the way of defense. We have the best justice system money can buy.
